Your appointment at Skin X is very important. I strive to provide services that are personalized and exceed expectations to each client who walks through my door. The time blocked for each client is reserved specifically for you. I understand that appointment adjustments are necessary at times. Therefore a 24 hour notice of change prior to your scheduled appointment is required. Any appointments cancelled/rescheduled or changed without 24 hours notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. All “no show” appointments will be charged a fee equalling 50% of the reserved service amount. To make changes or to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, please send a text to Jenna at (816) 309-9894. By booking, you acknowledge and understand this policy.
